Epiroc, in partnership with Demoskop, has recently conducted a comprehensive analysis of the digital journey, encompassing evaluations of their international website, epiroc.com, as well as two competitors’ sites. Ingela Jerat, Global Web Manager at Epiroc, delves into the opportunities this analysis unveils for crafting effective content strategies for their own platform. The website epiroc.com consists today of 110 sites and Epiroc sells their world leading products to 150 countries.

As consumers around the globe are increasingly using and expecting digitally driven experiences, demands increase on companies to deliver relevance, personalization and engagement, regardless of channel and situation.

Historically, Sweden has been in the forefront in the digital race. Due to factors like high speed internet, a cashless society, trusting consumers, innovation and BankID, we have prided ourselves of being in the forefront of the digital revolution. But are we starting to lag behind? As other regions are catching up and passing us, we see several international examples and best practices showing how we can offer and benefit from even more engaging, modern and data-driven experiences.

In this presentation, Björn will share some observations highlighting how Sweden is lagging behind in some areas, followed by an international case study.

Learn how Marriott is leveraging modern technology for data-driven and personal experiences, connecting online and offline as well as unlocking new revenue streams and stronger customer loyalty. They have transformed their entire business, including proposition, pricing, technology and organisation. All with the purpose to enable better and more relevant experiences in their pursuit of helping people see the world. The outcome has been a transformed seamless, all-relevant guest experience as well as a stronger Marriott business.

Björn has been working in the digital services industry for 25 years. He co-founded a leading digital agency, has been working with some of the largest brands in Sweden and has for the last 12 years headed up Publicis Sapient’s retail industry practice.

En träff med en av nätverksgrupperna skiljer sig något från ett av våra Seminarier, Webbinarier eller andra event:

  • Deltagare uppmuntras till erfarenhetsutbyte – i mindre grupper lär vi av andra deltagare och diskuterar egna utmaningar i rollen
  • Man behöver inte välja eller ”gå med i” en nätverksgrupp – alla medlemmar är välkomna till alla de temabaserade nätverksgruppernas träffar. De två rollbaserade nätverksgrupperna, ”MiS Marknadscheferna” och ”MiS Inhousecheferna”, vänder sig till dig som är marknadschef eller inhousechef, eller motsvarande).
  • För det mesta spelar vi inte in en nätverksträff, även om den sker online – och de diskussioner som sker mellan deltagare görs heller inte tillgängligt för någon som inte var med på träffen
