CMO goes TECH® is for C-level professionals within the fields of marketing, sales, innovation, or technology within all industries.

The Network is created for like-minded people who are curious to learn more about how we can maximize business value through improved customer experiences.

We invite thought-leaders and passionate speakers on stage and offer our members collaboration, trendspotting, and the opportunity to get inspired through a series of events, hosted at exciting locations (and as webinars). Other than the experience itself, there are intangible gains made by communicating with other professionals in or relating to each other’s industry and establishing a mutually beneficial relationship.

The network was founded in November 2017 by Gül Heper-Jämterud and Cecilia Hjertzell. As of late 2023, the network had over 900+ C-level members within the fields of marketing, sales, innovation, and tech – from more than 10 countries.

Gül Heper-JämterudGül Heper-Jämterud is a renowned leader in the brand and digital space, known for her innovative prowess and entrepreneurial acumen. Currently serving as founder of CMO Goes Tech, she also contributes her expertise as a consultant, advisor, and board member to various corporations.

With a two-decade career, Gül has held high-profile international leadership roles with distinguished brands such as Absolut Vodka, Nespresso, Coca-Cola Europacific partner, HTL Hotels, Manolo Blahnik, and Scandic Hotels.

Gül is a respected international presenter, with a keen interest in future-focused brand development, encompassing customer experiences, digitalization, and innovation. In 2017, she established CMO Goes Tech, an international network with 1000 members in ten countries, committed to bringing together forward-thinkers to redefine the CMO role by leveraging advanced technologies to improve the customer experience.
